Terms and conditions of sale

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you wish to return or exchange something that you purchased please return it within 30 days with your receipt. 

Absolutely no refunds will be issued without a receipt.

Worn, washed, or altered merchandise can not be returned.

Special orders are not returnable.

Some merchandise is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in manufacturing.  There is no guarantee that the merchandise you buy will fit, be comfortable, or be useful to you.

If you believe you have defective merchandise, please call us before returning the item to us. Some returns of defective merchandise must be handled by the manufacturer.

If a product is found to be defective it will be replaced or a pro-rated credit towards merchandise will be issued.  No refunds will be issued for defective merchandise returns.

Rubber boots, gloves, sox, underwear, and rain gear do not offer a warranty against factory defect.

 If you pay using a debit or credit card and request a refund for a return you will only be issued a credit to the card that was used to purchase the item(s).  Although we will credit you immediately, it may take up to 3 weeks for your credit / debit card company to credit your account.
