Return policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise.  Please contact us by phone or email for the best way to return your purchase.  You may be responsible for return shipping or a re-stocking charge.  Please try on your purchase in a clean environment and make sure you are happy with the purchase.  Please do not remove any tags until you are satisfied with your merchandise.

Some items will not be returnable – you will be notified by email before shipping if the merchandise you requested is not returnable.  Items that have been decorated (i.e. embroidered) or altered (i.e. pants that have been shortened) either by you or by us are not returnable.  Special orders (items that we do not carry in stock but agree to order specifically for you) are not returnable.

If you received free freight on your order your credit will be for your original purchase price minus the amount of the freight charges.  For example, if you ordered a pair of work boots that cost $109.99, your credit card would be charged for $109.99 plus tax if the boots were shipped to Illinois.  If you return the boots your credit would be for $109.99 (plus tax if applicable) minus what it cost us to ship it to you.

All the merchandise that we sell is warranted against defects in material or manufacture.  Our merchandise is not warranted to fit, or be comfortable, or make you happy.  If you believe you have defective merchandise, contact us by phone or email and we will tell you how to return it for evaluation and or credit.
