Rasenicks.com sells new, first quality merchandise and slight irregular merchandise when available.
Returns
You may return any new merchandise that is not worn or washed within 30 days of shipment. Please return the merchandise in the original package with all tags attached. Include your original sales slip and indicate whether you want replacement merchandise or credit to your method of payment.

Upon receipt of the merchandise from you we will issue replacement or credit per your instructions. Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Merchandise
Rasenicks.com warranties all the merchandise it sells to be free of manufacturer’s defects. If you feel you have a defective product please email us at info@rasenicks.com or call 773-736-7705. We do not warranty our merchandise to be “comfortable” or to “fit.” Our warranty does not cover abuse or use of a product for a purpose other than it was intended for.
